The mods also keep this game really interestng and fresh. I don't use a lot of them, but the ones that I do use really make a huge difference in the feel of the game. The biggest thing is, I've never NOT enjoyed it. I've been playing this game for quite a while now and I still think about how enjoyable a game it is every time I play it.
Have you gone to Nvidia's control panel and configured Nvidia Surround? If not, that's what you need to do, I'd guess. I haven't done this with ETS2 because my 3rd monitor broke recently, but I've done it with other games.
If that's the case then you might have just deleted your whole library if you deleted everything in the folder besides the steam.exe. If you did do that then you'll just want to uninstall Steam if that's still an option for you, the end result being just reinstall Steam entirely. #14.
